Presuming that he does remain in power, Ukraine is defeated and that sanctions remain in place, then what other options remain for the the world to squeeze Russia into a state of revolution against Putin enough to force him out of office and into an ICC trial in The Hague?
Could we force the disconnection of BCN North and the Polar Express fibre cables to leave Russia with no internet connection to the rest of the world? Very unlikely.
Could we let loose NSA/GCHQ to wreak havoc upon Russia's infrastructure? I would be surprised if this is not already happening.
